  • I agree with you, LonesomeHarley. Very often animals ARE better company than some people. Animals accept us as we are, they don't try to change us. Would that people acted the same way!!

  • Prisoners are incarcerated because they've committed a crime. Molly's only "crime" is that she's alive. I say let her live out her days in peace. And since homosapiens are ALSO animals, that means YOU are an animal. So, should we publicly execute YOU and feed YOU to the homeless?

  • The fear of "socialized" medicine is without merit. In the event that medical procedures must be delayed, patients DO have the option of receiving paid care from physicians outside of the system. And just for the record - we already HAVE "socialized" medicine in the US.

  • Jon Fowler, you are incorrect. After the great depression, the democrats put banking laws into place to prevent it ever happening again. But because of their arrogant belief in deregulation, the Republicans eliminated those laws. What the Republicans then sowed, we - the people - are now reaping.
